-Drive corporate events business within assigned region to achieve set business targets in terms of revenue and profit.
-Develop regional strategy for corporate events in that region given market requirements and business potential.
-Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs .
-Guide the client services teams in developing exclusive partnerships with existing clients by negotiating better rates of project delivery.
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Oversee preparation of an element sheet, detailing element costs as well as internal and external costs by operations
-Finalize prices either based on negotiations with the clients on prices and deliverables or provide standard rate card to the clients
-Approve the final pre-event P&L prepared by the client services together with production team and submit it to finance for approval
-Oversee preparation of internal checklists detailing every activity and requirement of the event
-Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews
-Share team plans and performance with management
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
