- An IT/systems associate analyst participates in the research and development process for new applications, hardware, or associated peripherals.
- He tests compatibility of third party applications with the systems and hardware installed in the employer’s or client’s office.
- He has to perform the documentation related tasks for a particular projects or all projects in general.
- He performs basic troubleshooting for various issues faced by the clients or internal employees while using the systems and applications.
- He conducts periodical assessments to check the functioning of systems/applications and solicits feedback from users regarding the same.
- He also performs some additional administrative tasks as and when required.
