*Job Description:*

– 1. Responsible for the installation & troubleshooting of operating
system windows 7, windows 8 and windows10, MAC OS.
– Responsible for the installation of softwares like antivirus,
MS-office, adobe & acrobat reader etc.
– Responsible for maintaining the network & troubleshooting the network
related issues.
– Configuring and Troubleshooting the Desktop and Network Environment.
– Configuring and Managing Trust Relationship.
– Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting network printers.
– Responsible for troubleshooting Internet issues.
– Experienced Mac OS Installation, Mac Software troubleshooting.
– Managing all the Mac computer centralized by using Mac
– Keychain and file vault management in Mac management tool, knowledge
on File vault.
– Mobility Cisco Applications – Apple iPhone /iPad / Android /
Blackberry Support.
– MAC Support Application Jabber /Migration tools/Outlook 2011,
Any-Connect VPN.
– Wireless Networking, Networking in Domain environment.
– Basic Networking, peer to peer, Map drive, Data sharing.
– Cabling, patching, and LAN troubleshooting.
– Manage Domain environment for other location, through remote support
(Team Viewer, Any desk).
– Handling escalated of VIP users.
– Provide all aspects of cell phone support to VIP users
– Provide all aspects of tablet support to VIP users
– Address critical escalations and engage with such clients to ensure
that these issues are handled with care, building back the confidence and
thus service recovery.
– Expertise skills in handling Escalations & VIP Incidents using Remedy
