Urgent Requirement of Receptionist ( Location : Mulund)

ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES

Job Responsibilities :

1) Answer Intercom and direct calls

2) Provide information to callers

3) Greet and Direct persons to correct destination after coordinating with
the member the visitor has come to meet

4) Deal with telephonic queries from the public and customers and also by
walk ins

5) Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

6) Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

7) Provide general administrative and clerical support

8) Prepare correspondence and documents-related to Procurements.

9) Receive and sort mail and deliveries and document/update the daily
report sheet in the PC

10) Schedule appointments & keep reminders & remind the concerned HOD’s

11) Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically-it should
be always be updated in the sheet

12) Organize conference and meeting room bookings/ Manage the conference
room ambiance/manage provision of beverages/snacks to the meeting attendees
/guests

13) Monitor and maintain office equipment/Complaint register to be
maintained & reports to be updated in the sheet

14) Tidy and maintain the reception area/+monitor the entire hygiene of the
office

Education and Experience :

Generally HSC or Graduate required
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
Keyboard skills
Ability to work a switchboard
Min 6 months years experience

Customer service orientation

CTC offered : 12000 – 18000 per month
