We are hiring for one of our leading client which is an Australian MNC is a
global data technology company that helps marketers improve customer
journeys through the implementation of smart data driven marketing

*Roles & Responsibilities*
Recruitment, Calendar Management, interview coordination+ Admin related
activities ( like interacting with food and other vendors)
Reports to Country Manager HR

*Work timings* – 8 AM to 4 PM
*Work Location:* *HSR Layout,Bangalore.*

– End-to-end Recruitment capabilities
– Scheduling team & individual meetings
– Data entry and CRM entries
– Office operations – handling inventory, overseeing upkeep, making
arrangements for any events / daily requirements
– Co-ordination with different vendors
– Booking Conference /VC Room for meetings Room to be selected based on
number of participants
– Multi-Location booking
– Co-ordinate with the travel desk for domestic and international travel
– Working out the cost for business trips for Senior Executives in India
– & who are visiting India
– Taking notes for meeting and prepare meeting agendas
– Arrange logistics:
– Blocking of conference room/Office Space
– Hotel & car arrangements
– In house logistics Stationery, refreshments (water, cookies,
– lunch & dinner)
– Help with flight booking/cancellation/rebooking need based
– Expense administration and accounts payable:
– Expense submission and tracking
– Timesheet submission
– Rental arrangements
