Position: Executive Assistant to Head HR
Experience: 1+ years
1. Maintain calendar for the HOD of HR department meetings as needed
2. Perform internal and external office communication: email, voicemail and miscellaneous written correspondence
3. Preparing files, making copies, making room reservations and other general clerical tasks
4. Interfacing & Interacting with External World on telephones
5. Maintaining & Update personal dairy & appointments
6. Interfacing with Visitors & Clients .
7. Correspondence & Filing.
8. Record Keeping & tracking.
9. Make travel arrangements.
10. And other activities.
