Job Title : HR Recruiter
Required Nos.: 03
- 2 to 5 years into end to end recruitment
- Lateral and bulk hiring
- Education:Minimum Graduate
- Salary: up to Rs 20000 per month
- Primary responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and select applicants
- Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties.
- List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
- Call applicants and perform phone screens.
- Have applicants come in for formal interviews.
- Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.
- Inform applicants not chosen of company’s decision.
- Keep track of all applications file away important notations such as gender, race, and ethnicity.
- Travel to colleges to recruit students. Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
- Meeting clients on regular basis Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities Passion for recruitment is a must
