Designation : Customer Service Executive/ Seller Care Executive.

Job Location – Seepz, Andheri

Job Description:

*Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
*Excellent documentation skills
*Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
*Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
*Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
*Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
*Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
*Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
*Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
*Knowledge of seller management will be added advantage
*Ability to achieve Sales targets & will be added advantage if Candidate will be handling sales.

*Preferred candidates who will be joining us on Immediate Basis.

Qualifications required
*Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate is eligible to apply.
*Good communication skills (written and verbal)
*Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft excel and word
*Should be flexible working on weekends
*Should be willing to work 9 hours in Day shift. Should be flexible working between 8am – 8pm. There will be one weekly off.
