1. Attending all Incoming & outgoing Calls
2. Giving Clients Information of the Products
3. Taking follow up with clients
4. Understanding Requirement of Clients
5. Maintaining All Calls in the Standard Tracker
6. Updating trackers on regular basis.
7. Should be multitasking.
Basic knowlege in Excel is must.
