Job Description

As part of the role required to maintain the following for the leader/ Leadership team
Managing a complex calendar of General Manager
End to end Coordination of all domestic and International travel for the General Manager & All the employees.
Liaison with Admin with regards to all admin related requirements.
Guest Interaction.
Interact with the guest before arrival.
Ensure that Housekeeping and Maintenance of the Front office is as per the prescribed standards
Preparing reports and documents for weekly and monthly meetings.
Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of GM as when require

Key skills include
Communication skill
Multi-tasking capability
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good MS Excel

Mandatory skills
Strong presentation and documentation skills using MS PowerPoint / MSWord / MS excel
Good business acumen, analytical and logical reasoning ability to take appropriate business decisions
Good MS Excel (Pivot, Graphs, Macros, Look-Ups and other important functionalities)
Have strong communications skills both verbal and written as incumbent will be required to communicate with various levels of employees.
